What common neurodivergent conditions are covered in the training?

We offer training in areas such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Tourette Syndrome, Demand Avoidance, and other neurotypes. We also provide training on commonly reported issues, such as Executive Functioning.

 

Who facilitates the training, and what expertise do they have?

All courses have been co-produced with individuals with lived experience of neurodivergence. Our trainers have a relevant specialism and extensive experience working with neurodivergent, children, young people, families and professionals. They are skilled at delivering training in the third, public and private sectors.

How long are the training sessions, and what format do they follow?

Training sessions range from 60 to 90 minutes to half-day or full-day. Depending on the format, sessions can include presentations, interactive exercises, group discussions, and case studies.

Can the training be customised for our organisation?

We can customise training to meet your team’s specific needs and goals.

Are there any prerequisites for participants?

There are no prerequisites for our courses. We may send a pre-session quiz or pre-course reading to help delegates become familiar with basic neurodiversity concepts.

Will the training cover workplace support strategies for neurodivergent individuals?

Our ‘Workplace’ courses cover reasonable adjustments, inclusive practices, and creating supportive work environments. However, it is important to note there is no one-size-fits-all approach to neuroinclusion.

Is your training quality assured?

CPD accreditation is available for selected courses.

 

Can the training be delivered online or in person?

We offer digital training via Teams and in-person training. In-person training may incur an additional fee.

What is the maximum number of participants per session?

Interactive training is capped at 12 participants for personalised attention and groupwork activities. Webinars can host up to 30 delegates, with more by agreement.

 

Do you offer other services?

We provide consultancy, event speakers, and additional services through our Neuroinclusion at Work program.
